Pilates Classes


Beginner to Intermediate Level Floor-mat classes
Focuses on the core principles of Pilates with deliberate breathing and movement patterns to increase body awareness, correct muscle imbalance, increase core control of local abdominal muscles, mobility, posture, increase breathing capacity, lower stress levels, and have less incidence of back pain and injuries. Yin exercises involve standing, kneeling, sitting or lying on mats. These sessions that will help you stand taller and learn how to apply good postural technique when performing your daily work and activities.

Yoga Classes

Our Yoga classes are in a non-competitive environment where you are encouraged to be mindful and present ‘in the moment’. You will learn the importance of proper breathing and will be guided through a well-rounded workout of stretch and strength work. An emphasis on safety, health conditions and injuries are taken into account. Class members are encouraged to exercise at their individual appropriate level.

Katherine is a qualified Kinesiologist, interpreting and relieving stress in people's nervous and energy systems, bringing awareness to the body and mind. By using gentle muscle testing to access the subconscious, she can facilitate the improvement of key physical, biochemical and mental shortcomings.

Katherine works with people who are looking to create balance, enhance their wellbeing and improve their experience of life, whether it be in health, finances, career, learning or relationships.
